Andrew Green, CPA (State of Vermont)
Andrew provides assurance and tax compliance and advisory services to small to medium sized businesses and high net worth individuals. He has particular interest in dealing with the tax issues of private businesses, trusts and estates, including corporate reorganizations, estate planning and US tax compliance and advisory services in connection to cross-border transactions.
Andrew has gained a variety of experience and services clients in the following industries: automotive dealerships; recreational vehicle dealership; automotive wholesaler; paint brush manufacturing; electric motor manufacturing; metal works fabrication; industrial products; online publishing services; software development and technology products; non-profit; lumber and hardware retailer; travel and tourism; professional services – legal, medical, engineering and accounting firms; investment holding companies; residential construction; residential apartments and condominiums; and commercial and residential insurance services.
Andrew has also obtained a variety of experience in tax and business advisory engagements which included sale and acquisition of businesses, streamlining operational business processes, detailed review of internal control systems, estate planning, succession and cross border tax planning issues He has also conducted tax research in settling Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) disputes and corporate re-organizations.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked at Pepsi Co’s wholly owned subsidiary Frito-Lay gaining managerial experience in sales and operations.
Andrew also works closely with the firm’s community involvement initiatives previously included Imperial Theatre, TD Charity Regatta and Milton Downey Wish Maker Golf Tournament. He was a Big Brother Mentor as well as a board member of the United Way of Greater Saint John.
Currently, Andrew is a member of the PRO Kids Advisory Committee
