Ralph Green has over 26 years of public accounting experience including 12 years as a Tax Partner of a multi-national firm. During his career, Ralph has practiced a wide variety of professional services such as insolvency, audit, business advisory, management consulting and taxation.

With his primary concentration on taxation over the last 15 years, Mr. Green has extensive tax experience dealing with:

• Corporate structuring
• Corporate and Personal compliance and planning services

As a tax advisor to numerous entrepreneurial clients, Ralph has significant experience in a variety of industries such as automotive, aquaculture, farming and resource, manufacturing, technology, commercial and residential development, mining, consumer and industrial products, tourism and pharmaceutical sectors. Ralph has also provided taxation advice to many CA firms throughout Atlantic Canada and continues to do so.

Ralph has written numerous newspaper and magazine articles on personal and corporate taxation issues. Mr. Green has appeared on both radio and television to discuss taxation matters and offer his professional opinion. He has also presented papers on Pension Reform, Estate Planning and many other topics to local, provincial and national bodies, clients and the public. Ralph has been actively involved with numerous professional and charitable associations as a tax advisor and a volunteer in Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick. Mr. Green has and remains a tutor for the CICA’s Estate Planning Course.
